Statutory Scope and Your Data Rights
Trenvios respects individual privacy rights and handles records according to applicable state and federal data protection laws. As a shipper, recipient, or mail forwarding account holder, you may exercise any of the following statutory entitlements:
- Right of Access: Request a complete itemized copy of personal details, route itineraries, and dispatch receipts recorded under your identity.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate contact numbers, business entity names, billing ZIP codes, or forwarding addresses.
- Right to Deletion: Request the deletion of communication logs, transit inquiry entries, and chat transcripts, subject to statutory tax and commercial carrier record-keeping requirements.
- Right to Opt Out of Data Sharing: Request restriction of advertising identifiers and technical parameters across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads. We do not sell personal data for money. We honor Global Privacy Control (the Sec-GPC browser signal) automatically as a binding opt-out.
Trenvios actively runs paid search and social campaigns. Platforms attach click identifiers (gclid for Google, msclkid for Microsoft, and fbclid for Meta). We enforce Google and Microsoft Consent Mode v2: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage remain denied until you explicitly grant consent in our banner, and are reverted to denied the moment you decline. Microsoft Advertising data processing is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
