Chicago Dispatch Station • 720 S Michigan Ave Contract Document 2026-R4

Terms of Dispatch & Service Agreement: Verified Chicago Courier Transit

Every dispatch order requires a verified sender, confirmed cargo dimensions, and a fixed quote before physical handover. This contract defines the operational terms governing courier runs, freight handling, mail receiving, and travel-companion advisory services coordinated from our South Michigan Avenue facility.

Effective Date: October 16, 2026 Operating Entity: Trenvios Dispatch Services Governing Jurisdiction: Cook County, Illinois

Effective Date and Precedence

These Terms of Dispatch and Service Agreement took effect on October 16, 2026. This version supersedes all previous dispatch rate sheets, oral quotations, and earlier web publications issued by the desk.

By submitting a transit inquiry, transmitting physical packages to 720 South Michigan Avenue, or booking a point-to-point courier route, the sender or customer confirms acceptance of every clause detailed herein without modification.

Contracting Parties and Operating Entity

This agreement constitutes a direct contract between the customer (referenced as "Shipper", "Sender", or "Client") and Trenvios Dispatch Services (referenced as "Trenvios", "the Desk", or "Carrier").

Trenvios operates as a registered independent logistics service coordinated by courier Ivan Petrov, active in Chicago courier transit since 2021 with over 120 completed dispatches across commercial, residential, and regional shipping lanes.

Physical station headquarters: 720 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60605, United States. Telephone: +1 (586) 555-0528. Primary operational dispatch email: office@trenvios.com.

Logistics Scope and Service Boundaries

Trenvios provides four distinct logistics and advisory workflows:

  • Small Parcel Courier Delivery: Dedicated point-to-point carriage within Chicago city limits and designated Cook County postal sectors for envelopes and cartons weighing up to 2 lb. Standard rates run 17 to 45 USD per order based on transit mileage and timing.
  • Urgent Local & Freight Courier: Same-day expedited routing for commercial envelopes up to 2 US pallets. Standard rates run 25 to 150 USD per order depending on route zones, vehicle selection, and traffic urgency.
  • Postal Forwarding & Mail Receiving: Physical address receiving at 720 South Michigan Avenue under United States Postal Service Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) rules. Forwarding is billed at 3 to 5 USD per shipment plus a monthly desk account of 25 to 45 USD per month.
  • Travel-Companion Parcel Advisory: Consulting for peer-to-peer package transfer with verified travelers, luggage dimension vetting, customs declaration audits, and posting deposit escrow agreements.

Trenvios is not a common passenger carrier, does not operate commercial airline charters, and does not conduct speculative freight brokerage through unverified digital exchanges.

Inquiry-Only Mechanism and Binding Quote Protocols

The Trenvios digital portal operates exclusively on an inquiry-only basis. No ecommerce shopping cart, automated digital checkout, or instantaneous card charge mechanism exists on this website.

All pricing figures published online represent indicative baseline rate brackets verified by operator Ivan Petrov. No quotation is binding upon Trenvios until three criteria are met:

  • The physical cargo is weighed, measured, and verified against hazardous material lists.
  • Pickup and delivery street coordinates with accurate 5-digit ZIP codes are confirmed by our dispatch desk.
  • A formal written Dispatch Manifest or Bill of Lading with a binding quote dollar figure is issued to the sender before wheels move.

Rate Determinants, Billing Schedules, and Surcharges

All rates are calculated and billed in United States Dollars (USD). Quotes reflect measured operational criteria rather than algorithmic surge multipliers:

  • Distance & Routing: Mileage calculated along active Cook County arterial corridors from 720 South Michigan Avenue to destination ZIP codes.
  • Weight & Physical Volume: Measured on calibrated bench scales. Shipments exceeding 2 lb shift from small parcel schedules to priority cargo brackets. Volume caps range up to 2 US pallets.
  • Urgency Windows: Rush dispatches requiring immediate wheels-up response within 60 minutes carry priority fees reflected in the 25 to 150 USD schedule.
  • Vehicle Allocation: Standard passenger vehicle trunk space versus dedicated high-roof cargo van or flatbed transit.
  • Postal Account Dues: Mail receiving accounts require payment of the 25 to 45 USD monthly retainer on the first calendar day of each cycle, with the 3 to 5 USD handling charge added per outbound carton.

Extended driver dwell time at customer collection points exceeding 15 minutes without prior written notice may incur an additional dispatch handling charge calculated prior to route completion.

Acceptable Cargo and Prohibited Articles

Senders warrant that all cargo submitted to Trenvios is packed securely in double-wall corrugated cartons or puncture-resistant envelopes capable of withstanding ordinary road transit vibration.

The following items are strictly prohibited from carriage, storage, and traveler advisory channels:

  • Firearms, ammunition, explosive materials, fireworks, or tactical weaponry.
  • Hazardous chemicals, lithium batteries exceeding UN3481 allowances, biological specimens, and flammables.
  • Controlled substances, illicit drugs, narcotics, or unregulated prescription pharmaceuticals.
  • Perishable food items lacking commercial vacuum seal and dry refrigerant.
  • Counterfeit currency, unregistered bearer bonds, and uncertified precious bullion.

Trenvios reserves the right to inspect package contents on our calibrated examination table in the presence of the sender. Unidentified sealed containers presented without declared bills of contents will be rejected immediately.

Intellectual Property and Route Documentation

All text, photographic documentation, custom dispatch manifests, rate calculation formulas, and graphic logos appearing on trenvios.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Trenvios Dispatch Services and Ivan Petrov.

Visitors may print transit invoices and routing manifests solely for personal record-keeping related to an active parcel booking. Systematic scraping, automated data harvesting, or republication of our dispatch tables is strictly prohibited.

Operational Disclaimers and Force Majeure

Trenvios executes dispatches with practical trade skill and punctuality. However, the site and initial advisory estimates are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without implied warranties of merchantability.

Trenvios is not liable for dispatch delays, route detours, or storage holds caused by events outside our operational control, including:

  • Severe meteorological disruptions, lake-effect snow emergencies, or flash flooding across Cook County.
  • Emergency municipal road closures, presidential motorcades, or bridge closures along the Chicago River.
  • Customs impoundment, postal authority quarantine, or regulatory holds imposed under federal law.
  • Erroneous destination street numbering or missing secondary apartment numbers provided by the sender.

Liability Limitations and Claims Deadlines

The liability of Trenvios for loss, damage, or misdelivery of any physical shipment is strictly capped at the invoice carriage fee of the order, unless declared value coverage was arranged in writing prior to dispatch.

In no event shall Trenvios, Ivan Petrov, or our contracted couriers be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business profits, lost contracts, or commercial reputation injury.

Any notice of physical cargo damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Formal written claims must be submitted to office@trenvios.com within seven calendar days of delivery, accompanied by photographs of external box damage, internal protective packing, and original purchase invoices.

Carriage Standards and Service Warranties

Our Operational Dispatch Warranty

Trenvios warrants that every accepted parcel is routed directly along the designated transit zone without secondary freight pooling or third-party depot transfers. When an urgent delivery window is confirmed in writing, we dispatch dedicated transport directly to the destination.

If our courier fails to deliver within 60 minutes of an agreed urgent dispatch window due to courier error, the expedited urgency surcharge is credited in full back to the sender.

For postal forwarding accounts, we warrant that mail received before 14:00 Central Time on business days is logged and photographed for sender inspection within 24 hours.

Refusal, Suspension, and Account Termination

Trenvios maintains an absolute right to refuse carriage, cancel a dispatch ticket, or terminate mail forwarding accounts under any of the following circumstances:

  • Refusal of the sender or recipient to present verifiable government-issued photo identification.
  • Failure to complete notarized USPS Form 1583 registration for postal forwarding within 15 calendar days of receiving mail.
  • Submission of false declarations regarding parcel contents, declared weight, or hazardous items.
  • Abusive, threatening, or hostile behavior toward courier personnel or desk dispatchers.
  • Non-payment of monthly holding fees or uncollected posting deposits.

Upon termination of a mail forwarding account, unclaimed physical mail is returned to the United States Postal Service marked "Refused / Forwarding Expired" in compliance with federal postal regulations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement, all dispatch contracts, and any disputes arising from transit through Trenvios are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal carriage statutes, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Both parties agree that any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising under this agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Cook County, Chicago, Illinois. The parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Document Revisions and Notice Process

Trenvios reviews operational terms semi-annually to reflect changing Cook County road toll structures, postal authority directives, and cargo regulations. Revised terms take effect upon publication to trenvios.com/terms.html with an updated effective date banner.

Existing postal forwarding account holders will receive written email notification of material rate or rule modifications thirty calendar days prior to billing cycle changes.
